The Good Men Company
Order Delivery
The Good Men Company will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your order. In case the customer is not reachable or does not accept delivery during these attempts, The Good Men Company reserves the right to cancel the order at its discretion.
An estimated delivery time is displayed on the Order Summary page. Once you place your order, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation containing the summary of the order along with the estimated delivery timeline to your location.

Delivery Delays
Sometimes delivery may take longer due to circumstances beyond our control including:
• Bad weather
• Flight delays
• Political disruptions
• Other unforeseen circumstances
In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you. Please check your email and SMS regularly for updates.
Please note that The Good Men Company will not be able to compensate for any inconvenience or distress caused due to delays in delivery arising from such circumstances.
The customer may cancel the order at any time if the delivery time exceeds the expected timeline. If the order is prepaid, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method once the cancellation is successfully processed.

Transfer of Ownership
The Buyer agrees that the title to the goods is transferred to the Buyer at the time of placing the Order and dispatch confirmation thereof, irrespective of shipping of goods and Cash on Delivery which are separate logistical services.

Post Delivery
Returns and Size Exchange Conditions
The Good Men Company will accept Return or Size Exchange of a product only if the following conditions are met:
• Return or Size Exchange must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
• The tags on the product must remain intact
• The product must be unused, unwashed and undamaged
• The item must be returned along with the original packaging
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted.

Brand & Legal Entity Notice
The Good Men Company (TGMC) is operated by Rangreza Retail Services Private Limited, the same company that created and previously operated the Chokore brand. During the transition period, certain policies, communications, invoices, logistics documentation, or payment references may continue to mention Chokore or Rangreza Retail Services Private Limited.
All such references shall be deemed to refer to The Good Men Company and its services.
