We primarily ship international orders via ShipGlobal and DHL.

Once your order is shipped, our logistics partners ShipGlobal or DHL will contact you using the email address and phone number provided during checkout.

Order Fulfilment
International orders will be dispatched only once all products in the order are available.
We do not dispatch incomplete orders.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties, taxes, or refusal to accept delivery, The Good Men Company reserves the right to deduct shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs charges incurred from the refund amount.
Delivery Confirmation & Chargeback Protection
All international shipments include tracking information and delivery confirmation provided by our logistics partners.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, The Good Men Company will not be responsible for claims of non-delivery.
Customers agree that delivery confirmation provided by the logistics partner will be considered valid proof of delivery in case of payment disputes or chargeback claims.
