If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
We offer returns or exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returns will be picked up within 7 working days after receiving the return confirmation. Refunds will be credited to the original source of payment within 7 working days after receiving the returned item purchased from www.thegoodmencompany.com.
You can exchange your product or return it to us and receive a refund subject to the conditions mentioned below.

Exceptions to Our Return & Exchange Policy
Please note the following conditions before initiating a return or exchange:
• Returned items must have tags still attached
• Returned items must be in their original packaging
• Returned items must show no visible signs of wear, use, washing or damage
 Perfumes are not eligible for return if the seal has been opened
• For same-day delivery orders, return or exchange requests must be confirmed within 1 day of receiving the order

Reverse Shipment Charges
A reverse shipment charge of ₹250 will be applicable on every return request.
This amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the returned product(s).

Perfume Money-Back Guarantee
For perfume purchases covered under our Money Back Guarantee Offer, the following conditions must be met to qualify for a refund:
Product Condition
The perfume bottle must contain at least 70% of its original liquid content.
Return Window
Customers must initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving the product.
Product Integrity
The perfume bottle and packaging must be undamaged and in good condition.

Refunds cannot be offered for damaged, broken or tampered products.

Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received and passes our quality check:
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account

Additional Information
• Replacement products will be shipped after the returned item passes the quality inspection
• Reverse pickup is arranged within 7 working days where available
• No additional charges apply for exchanges unless otherwise specified

Brand Transition Notice
The Good Men Company (TGMC) is operated by Rangreza Retail Services Private Limited, the same company that created and previously operated the Chokore brand. During the transition period, certain communications, invoices, logistics documentation, or policies may continue to reference Chokore. All such references shall be deemed to refer to The Good Men Company and its services.
